Our October 3rd meeting featured Josh Haftel, Imaging and Photographic
Specialist for Nik Multimedia, Inc. Josh, who “stars” in the
Nik Multimedia training video, made an outstanding demo on their products.
Nik Multimedia makes several products that enhance the performance of
Photoshop. Josh took Nik Sharpener Pro, Nik Color Efex Pro and Nik penPalette™
through their paces demonstrating the effectiveness of their sharpening
products and some amazing effects with their other products. Josh also
showed some stunning effects produced by Nik Type Effects which works
with Photoshop Actions.
Nik Multimedia generously donated Nik Sharpener Pro! Inkjet Edition that
retails for $169.95 and Nik Color Efex Pro! Classic Design set that retails
for $199.95 for our raffle. Josh also had demo CD’s for all who
attended. Nik Multimedia also had
special discounts for our User Group members in attendance. |
