Bill Wade, owner of William Wade Fine Photography in Long Beach was the speaker. He started off explaining how he got into photography as a high school student and later in the Army serving in Viet Nam. His discussion was very candid and he answered general questions about photography, as well as more specific questions about his workflow and business practices. He explained his redundant system of backing up his digital photos now as he has for his film work in the past. He explained why he hasn't found digital to be more or less expensive than film in the past. He described his experiences with his Epson 9600 system as well as his Epson 2200 system. Those in attendance definitely enjoyed the meeting and learned a lot.
